Most deliveries happen within 40 minutes, though when stars align, we have had drivers arrive in under 20! Even on busy nights, when kitchens are overloaded and traffic lousy, we still do our best to arrange delivery within 40 minutes and at most an hour.

You don’t need a membership to order with Dijo. In fact, you can even order from wholesale and discount shops, like Fours.
To get started, create an account, select the Mall or store you want to shop from, and place your order. New customers may be eligible for P0 delivery fees* promotions and cashbacks on their first order. (*Service fees apply)
Delivery: Fees start at P25 and delivery happens within 40mins.
Pickup: You have the option to also pickup/collect your order at zero cost.
Service fees: Service fees vary and are subject to change based on factors like location and the number and types of items in your cart. Orders containing alcohol have a separate service fee.
For the most part, Retail partners set the prices of items on the Dijo marketplace. While many retailers offer everyday store prices on Dijo, some retailers may set prices on the Dijo platform that are different from in-store prices.

Dijo makes it easy to communicate with the Merchant, your personal shopper or the deliveryman. When an item you want is out-of-stock at the store, your personal shopper will follow your replacement preferences.
You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your personal shopper while they shop and deliver your items.
You can tell the shopper to:
Find Best Match: By default, your dijo personal shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
Don’t Replace: For items you’d rather not replace, choose “Don’t replace” to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
You can update or cancel your order as long as your dijo personal shopper hasn’t started shopping. If you need to make changes after shopping has started, you can use the app or website to approve replacements or chat with your dijo personal shopper.
On the Dijo App, you can pay for your order with debit or credit card, Cash On Delivery/Collection, wallet balance* (loyalty points, loaded funds, cashbacks). We are in the process of launching our mobile money payment options.

We have over 50,000 items available on the Dijo App, from pharmaceuticals to groceries to liquor to takeaways. For Groceries on the Dijo App, get anything from produce, meat, dairy, snacks, drinks, and stock up on your pantry supplies.
